A Shell Station in New Haven owned by Gerry Katz has lowered regular gas prices under $2 a gallon. Cheaper gas leads to more business. "As the prices go down, more people come in for groceries, lottery, and ATM" , says Gerry. Prices haven't been low like this since the last 35 years in Elm City. Gas is also 43 cents lowers than last year in Connecticut standing at $2.14 and an average price per gallon in CT.
